Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because medical supplies and personnel are prepared specifically for your appointment time, all sales are final once a treatment has begun.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance will receive full credit toward a future service.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may be subject to a $75 mobile service fee.
If our team arrives and you are unavailable or medically ineligible for treatment, the full service fee may apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible to adjust appointments. We value your time and ours and appreciate your understanding.
Terms and Conditions
Professional Oversight – All medical procedures are performed by licensed healthcare professionals under the supervision of Flow IV’s Nevada medical director.
Eligibility – You must complete a health intake and consent form prior to treatment. Flow IV reserves the right to decline service for safety or medical reasons.
No Guarantees – While many clients report feeling improved energy, hydration, or recovery, results vary between individuals.
Emergency Care – Flow IV is not an emergency medical provider. For urgent or life-threatening situations, call 911.
Mobile Service – Flow IV operates within the Las Vegas Valley and surrounding areas. Clients are responsible for providing a safe, private, and sanitary location for treatment.
Limitation of Liability – Flow IV, its medical director, and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services or this website.
